How Are Funds Provided? DCSF accepts cash donations, memorials, endowments, grants, and other gifts. Donors may designate whether their gifts are to be used for current scholarships or placed in the endowment fund to maintain a financial base for future scholarships. Fundraisers are conducted by the DCSF Board of Directors and Denver High School students to raise money for scholarships. The annual phone-a-thon has been very successful and receives great community support.
